The Brewery
We utilize a custom 10-barrel brewhouse from Practical Fusion in Portland, Oregon. Our beer ferments and conditions in three conical fermenters; Four 10-barrel & Five 20-barrel conditioning tanks.

Our menu features a variety of ingredients from local sources including Cascade Estate Coffees, Bread Stop Bakery, Saverio’s Bakery, Lonesome Whistle Farm, Mountain Rose Herbs and El Metate Tortilleria.
