“I was raised in Coconut Grove, a tropical neighborhood on the bay in Miami, Florida. Currently, I reside in the Pacific NW In Eugene, OR. Most of my portraits are inspired by vintage photographs that I collect. I work with a mixture of watercolor, acrylic, gouache, ink, and colored pencil.” – Bret Pendlebury
